The Holy Land Charitable Foundation launched its first crowdfunding project on boomstarter.ru
The Foundation organizes charitable pilgrimage trips to the Holy Places in Russia, near and far abroad for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
The purpose of the Foundation is spiritual and moral education through the worship of Orthodox shrines, familiarization with the cultural heritage of Orthodox Christianity, studying the life and ministry of the holy fathers of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Everyone can participate in fundraising for pilgrimage trips for students of Sunday schools, pupils of orphanages, large and poor families, people with disabilities, listeners of theological seminaries.
The size of the contribution is from 50 rubles to 10,000. As a mighty river gathers along the stream, the Foundation hopes to raise money for a charity trip.
And they will sacrifice more – there will be more trips, spiritual growth, strengthening moral foundations.
“A benevolent soul will be full, and whoever gives drink to others will also be drunk” (Proverbs 11:25).
