After 4 chemo treatments, according to the plan, the tumor was removed and the stoma was closed. But once again opening my stomach, the doctors discovered that the tumor was not operable. They said: “You will live as long as you live on chemotherapy every two weeks.”
Whoever knows what oncology and chemotherapy is will understand what I experienced. When I left the hospital, I realized: I have one path — to God. For the first time in my life, at the age of 42, confession and communion happened in my life. Words cannot describe what a cleansing it was! The Lord sent me exactly those people and doctors that I especially needed. After another 6 courses of chemotherapy, it turned out that my tumor had burned out. I underwent 2 more stripes and one operation to reconstruct the intestines, and chemotherapy was canceled. And I’m alive, Glory to You, Lord!
