In the pilgrimage routes associated with the Petrovo area, the Holy Source of the icon of the Mother of God of All Sorrows Joy (Petrovo) is mentioned. The spring consecrated in the name of the icon of the Mother of God «Joy of All Who Sorrow» is located on the left bank of the Mordves River, in the forest, 350 m east of the northern outskirts of the village of Petrovo and 600 m northeast of the church of Michael the Archangel. In the chapel there was a copy of the revealed icon, and the well is still revered by the people and is called a saint.
There is a closed font for washing with full immersion. Pilgrims are advised to check in advance the possibility of travel and access to water on the selected date.

How to Get There
The reference point is Petrovo. Travel from Moscow: from Paveletsky railway station by train to Uzunovo station, then by bus 22 to Petrovo stop. From the stop we go back along the bus 1 km to the turn to Bolshaya Orekhovo (you can ask the bus driver to stop, but there is no official stop). Then walk along a dirt road to the north-west 1 km to the forest. Without entering the forest, we turn left and walk with the edge of another 400 m. From the corner of the field, we turn into the forest, pass the metal gate and after 100 m to the north along the trail we go to the source. For navigation, use the coordinates 54.521134, 38.434542.
