In the pilgrimage routes associated with the Terekhovo area, the Holy Source (Terekhovo) is mentioned. Now it is a weak spring well in a concrete ring, which is actively used by local residents. The revered spring is located near the village of Terekhovo, Shatursky district of the Moscow region (from the western outskirts of the village ~ 360 m south of the highway, in a ravine at the edge of the forest).
The water is one of the best in the area. Pilgrims are advised to check in advance the possibility of travel and access to water on the selected date.

How to Get There
Landmark is Terekhovo. Travel from Moscow: the village of Terekhovo is located 33 km south of the Botino platform on the Kazan railway direction, then by buses. The trail to the south-west from the north-western edge of the village 300 m leads to the forest, where near the edge in a lowland with steep slopes is the bed of a drying stream.
