In the pilgrimage routes associated with the Gzhel area, the Holy Source of the icon of the Theodorov Mother of God (Gzhel) is mentioned. This revered spring of the icon of Theodorovskaya Mother of God is also called by the people a ridiculous name — «Kunai-well». To go to the source, you need to bypass the Assumption Temple (from either side) and go to the river, cross it.
Little is known about the Kunai Well today. Pilgrims are advised to check in advance the possibility of travel and access to water on the selected date.
