The Holy spring of Nikolsky (Novye Gankino village) is an Orthodox place geographically connected with the location of «New Gankino village». Many years ago, a man named Kanek built his home near the spring. The spring, which is located on the hillside, paved a path, and the spring itself fenced, built a gazebo.
There is a tradition in the village that the number of springs and wells is related to the number of stars in the sky, so the old people say: “If you want to light your star in the sky, dig a well or clean the spring.” Conditions of access to natural objects change in season, so it is better to specify the route the day before.
