Biryakovo — The Holy Source of the Monk Vassian Tiksnensky

For the area «Biryakovo» on the map is marked the holy spring of St. Bassian Tiksnensky (Biryakovo). In the middle of the XX century, the chapel was destroyed, the road overgrown with shrub, the well clogged. On the road was put a stone cross and a mug for donations to decorate the chapel, which led birch alley.

The source of St. Bassian Tiksnensky is located near the village of Biryakovo. When preparing a trip, it is worth checking the condition of the last section of the road and the hours of free visit.
