In the pilgrimage routes associated with the area of the “Atig settlement”, the Holy Source “The Virgin Key” (the village of Atig) is mentioned. The consecrated spring is located between the villages of Nizhny Sergi and Atig, near the road connecting them, on the banks of the Big Atig River. “The Virgin Key” is called by residents of the Ural village Atig – a spring outside the village.
After the construction of the road, the source was badly damaged. Pilgrims are advised to check in advance the possibility of travel and access to water on the selected date.
