In the pilgrimage routes associated with the area of Verzilovo, the Holy Source of the Great Martyr Panteleimon the Healer (Verzilovo) is mentioned. The revered spring is located near the Transfiguration Church in the village of Verzilovo and is attributed to it. The revered spring can be found on the right bank of the Kashirka River 400 m south-west of the Transfiguration Church of the village of Verzilovo, just below the railway bridge.

A small brick chapel-bath, built in the 1990s over a venerated spring near the church. Pilgrims are advised to check in advance the possibility of travel and access to water on the selected date.
