For the “Serpukhov” area, the holy spring of Sergius of Radonezh (Serpukhov) is marked on the map. The spring was consecrated, but due to the excess of the MAC level of pollution in the water was abandoned. In the Soviet period, sewage treatment plants were built near the spring.
