The Holy Source of the Holy Righteous Simeon of Verkhotur (Merkushino) is an Orthodox place geographically connected with the location of “Merkushino”. In the village of Merkushino, a wooden chapel was first built over the tomb of St. Simeon, and since 1808 — a stone chapel. At the place of finding relics stands the temple of righteous Simeon, the spring can be found under the altar of the temple.
