The Holy Source of Righteous Simeon of Verkhotur (Medvedevo) is one of the Orthodox places marked for the location “Medvedevo”. Next to the spring, a bathhouse was built, measuring 7 by 9 meters, 3 meters high. The ancient Cossack village of Medvedevo is famous for its white-stone temple of the Three Hierarchs of Moscow and its holy springs located on different sides of the temple.
Not far from the Tri-Sacred Church there is a spring in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Tikhvinskaya”. Before the trip, it is useful to clarify the state of the access road and the current access mode.

The guide is Medvedevo. Address: Chelyabinsk region, Chebarkul district, Medvedevo Proezd village: By rail: get to Bishkil station, then south about 40 minutes walk. By bus: to the village of Timiryazevsky, from there to the source about two kilometers. By car: on the Chelyabinsk-Ufa highway before turning to Bishkil. From there to the village of Medvedevo two and a half kilometers. Drive over the bridge in the center of the village, then turn south, to pastures on the outskirts of the village.
