One of the objects of pilgrimage interest in the Khimki location is the Holy Source of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God (Khimki). The rector of the church of the noble princes Peter and Fevronia Igor Ulesko recommends using the holy spring water, primarily with prayer, for sprinkling their homes, pens and animals themselves. A new fencing was installed on the territory, steps were replaced, a polycarbonate roof was mounted over the descent to the spring, a platform for water collection was landscaped, a retaining wall and an overlay chapel were reconstructed, cozy benches and lanterns were installed, new storm drains were arranged.
The consecration of the spring was made by Father Igor, the assistant of the decorated Khimki district for religious education and catechization. Current conditions of visit and improvement of the territory should be specified immediately before departure.
