The name «Holy Source (Kashnikovo)» refers to the Orthodox site in the area «Kashnikovo». The spring is located on the eastern outskirts of the village of Kashnikovo, to the left (north) of the pond. A weak spring well in a covered wooden log house is located on the eastern edge of the village, to the left of the pond (north of it).
